Martin has 35 years’ experience in the construction industry and has successfully built a reputation by being customer focused and delivering projects on time, to budget and to the highest standards.

Bill Dempsey

Responsible for Understanding the requirements of clients to ensure their needs are being met


Bill has 32 years’ experience in the construction industry leading multi-million pound projects in the UK, Ireland and Australia. Bill has a proven reputation to manage multi-cultural/diverse work forces across scaled enterprises.

Office & Accounts Manager
Donna Suchley

Oversees and supervises the day to day of all Administrative and Accounting functions



Donna joined in 2013 and has watched the company grow to where it currently is today and handles the day to day running of the business and heads up the admin team.

Procurement Officer
Simone Skelton

Responsible for the management, administration, and supervision of the company's acquisition programs

Simone joined in 2015 as an office administrator. Three years down the line, she is the company’s Procurement Officer and deals with all equipment hire & plant.

Cheryl Baughan

Cheryl joined MBS in 2018 and is a key member of the Admin Team headed by Donna Suchley.


She has over 20 years of administration experience and has built an array of skills gained through the various sectors she has worked for. Cheryl is responsible for material purchasing along with anything in-between.

Jetnard Brija

Jetnard joined MBS in 2012 of which he has been project managing various projects over the last four years.


He is a firm believer in the MBS ethos and his approach coordination and execution ensures projects are delivered on time and to budget.

Transport Manager
Steve Miller

Steve joined MBS in 2018 and has over 25 years’ experience in the Transport Industry.



He is responsible for the movement of people, goods and equipment at the various work sites and works alongside the various Project Managers.
